Play IV Eastward Voyage of Jianzhen
In the Tianbao Year of the Tang Dynasty, to promote Buddhism ,the eminent monk Jianzhen traveled to Japan for the fifth time. On the sea, he was attacked by a hurricane and floated to Sanya.
During his stay in Sanya, Jianzhen built the Dayun Temple and spread central plain culture and agricultural technology in Sanya, which made him be loved and respected by the local people of Li and Miao nationalities. However, he has never forgotten his mission and in 753 he set out on the arduous journey again.
